1. Open Exchange Management Console.
2. Expand Microsoft Exchange On-Premises tree and Choose Recipient Configuration Distribution Group.
3. Find and select Group you want to remove.
4. Right click and choose Remove.
5. Finally, click Yes.

Hi: many thanks for taking some time of writing up this knowledge. I usually try and more my understanding of issues. Even if I consent or disagree, I love knowledge.
